4****, 120 rooms, this hotel at the upcoming urban neighborhood Sloterdijk has been converted from a vacant office building.
Hotel Pagi Amsterdam
boutique hotel, 21 rooms, Hotel Pagi is located at one of the most thriving streets in Amsterdam. Hotel Pagi used to be the one of the crappiest hotels in Amsterdam. We bought this hotel in 2017. The outdated hotel underwent a total makeover and becomes a popular boutique city hotel.
Olympic Hotel Amsterdam
4 ****, 309 rooms, Olympic is a new developed hotel near the famous and historic Olympic Stadion of Amsterdam. Olympic is a sport themed hotel with sport facilities in and around the hotel with access to the waterfront of the Stadiongracht.
Wonen in Ophelia
This residential complex is a new built apartments bloc near the Shopping Center Ophelialaan Aalsmeer. The bloc consist of 33 rental studio-apartments.
