Verdi Real Estate Investment is active in hotel industry, residential and commercial real estate. The activities of our company cover a broad spectrum of real estate. We work as an acquisition manager and investment manager for family offices and private funds. Since 2017 we have participated as a minority shareholders (< 30%) in four hotel investments and one residential development project. Although we are based in The Netherlands, our investment scope is whole Europe. Within Europe we have no country restriction.  For the Dutch market our targets vary from small boutique hotel of 20 rooms till large residential complex of 1.000 apartments. Beyond the Netherlands we focus on assets with existing cash flow in major cities.
